In his youth his interests were oriented to socio economics topics and to new technologies.  In ten years time he became a VP of Business Development and Chief of Strategies for an investment holding. He also has been Co-Founder and Managing Director for several start-ups in the mobile devices, IT and Consumer Electronics businesses. Today Giammarco is an advisor, head of marketing and business development for VISIONEE, which is an engineering society for IPTV software and Connected Home. He is also an internet and telecommunication Senior Advisor for Ars et Inventio (BIP Group), innovation advisor for PdL Party and a free-lance editor for many newspapers.


Antonio is an innovator specializing in analysis that is applied to new technologies and provides services to companies to help improve and develop their management process. Antonio has experience in many different areas of business and is an expert and mentor in the development of many start-ups in the communication and entertainment sector as well as for internet services related to marketing strategies. He is also a member of IBAN (italian Business Angel Network) and IAG (Italian Angels for Growth). Antonio has 20 years of experience in communication and information technology, development of new businesses, the creation and management of new Business Units. He is also a counselor in the IT and system integrator sector and is experienced with Telecom and other big companies in the Media, Finance, and Utilities sector in Italy, Germany, France, Greece and Baltic Countries.



Augusto is a manager and enteprenour with a focus on execution. In the last 15 years he has been part of two  international start ups presenting them  to clients, partners and investors in many European countries, as well as in America, Asia and Africa. Creator of InnovAction Lab (www.innovactionlab.com). Augusto is also Co-Chair of BAIA Governance in Italy, member of the scientific committee of Italia Camp, advisor of start-ups and private investors as well as a speaker on themes of Innovation and Venture Capital. As a Enlabs mentor, Augusto can support start-ups through his experience in the creation and development of new companies focusing on technical, marketing and business development issues as well as provide start-ups with his Telco Market knowledge, Media & Entertainment. He has a university degree in Engineering and during his free time he likes being with his family, talking and taking long walks.

Born in 1978 Matteo is CEO and Partner of a start up founded in 2008 called The Fool s.r.l.. He has more than ten years experience as a Security Evangelist and New Media Consultant. He has been working for many international firms as an IT and Strategy Advisor for BNL, MPS, Walt Disney Interactive, Mediaset, CityGroup, 77Agency, Buongiorno Vitaminic, Glaxxo Smith Kline, and ENI. Matteo also worked for other projects such as Gruppo Soa, Mg-Art, Todomodo, AstraZeneca, Aktive Reply,Fiat Auto, and TodoMondo Nella as Security Evangelist. He started as a Security Auditor in 1999 for Poste Italiane S&S, EDS, ENI, Spike Reply, Mediaset, Ospedale San Raffaele and other Hospitals. Matteo has also been a legal expert working for The Judiciary and The Guardia di Finanza, specifically working on the cases of “Cirio/Parmalat”, “Casa di Cura Santa Rita” and last “Mediaset vs. YouTube”.

Multinational executive manager and entrepreneur Stefano has an Economic Degree from Luiss University in Rome and an MBA from Columbia Business School (Columbia University of New York). He has 30 years of experience as an auditor for Ernest & Young and as a Development Manager for  merger & acquisitions. Stefano has experience as an investor and advisor for the creation of new projects for Philip Morris, Pirelli, ENI and Enel. He has also been Managing Director for leasing and factoring companies. He is Ex Vice President of Associazione Laureati Luiss (Luiss University Association of Graduates) and V.P for UCID, (Enterprenours and Managing Directors Christian Union of Rome). Stefano has also been a promoter of Start-Up Meetings in Luiss University as well as collaborated with the US Embassy in Italy by traveling to the east and west coast in the US to spot new sites for innovation. In 2008 he became part of Shap as Managing Director and today Stefano is President of Teawatt srl (Shap Group).

Peter is an expert in internet and new medias with more than 15 years of experience in project managment, business development, web marketing, and policy administration for Italian and international companies such as RAI, Kataweb, Tiscali, Glitner, Terra and others. He has a university degree from La Sapienza in Rome in Statistics of Mechanics of complex networks. Peter has also worked as advisor for the Italian Ministry of Communication, served as a moderator for many summits in Italy and is an active journalist for many Italian newspapers writing about new medias. One of his latest projects is agendadigitale.org  which is an Internet based online magazine in Italy about innovation topics.

Valerio Caracciolo.

Born in 1958 Valerio has a university degree in Physics from The University of La Sapienza in Rome and began working for his family's company dealing with Gas for Hospital devices. In 1994 he became Managing Director in France and Italy for multinational Linde AG.  In 2004 he took another direction by working for the NGO Amref (African Medical Research Foundation). Today he is a Business Angel, so far he has invested in Lisa Airplanes s.a., Senseor s.a., Quotient ltd, S5 S5 Tech spa. In 2008 he started looking at renewable energies, and developing platforms of biomass production. Valerio is also a member of IAG (Italian Angels for Growth) and Vice-President of Amref Italia.
